This beautifully renovated 3BR/3BA home is a perfect oasis in the heart of St. Armands Circle. Nestled snugly between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay, you're a half-mile from the beach and blocks from local shops and dining options.

Spend days soaking up the sun in your saltwater pool and hot tub. (The pool is heated Oct 1 - May 1 for optimum relaxation; pool heat temperature depends on outside temps and ranges between 70-87 degrees.) Or, take a short walk to the shores of Lido Key. Stroll along the nearly 99% crystal quartz beaches, which, according to historic local legends, hold magical healing effects. Explore St. Armands Circle, where you might even encounter a street performer!

A formal living area with a sofa bed and armchair provides a welcoming spot to gather. A sunroom serves as a second living area, featuring a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool area. The sunroom has a sectional, bistro set, two armchairs, and a 75-inch TV. Whip up tasty meals in the sleek chef’s kitchen, detailed with a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen bar with seating for four. A formal dining room seats six for home-cooked meals.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 43-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

Sliding glass doors open up to the stunning screened pool area. Enjoy fun-filled days swimming in the heated saltwater pool (6 feet deep) or hanging out in the secluded area of the yard that features a bench and gorgeous greenery. A side patio has an outdoor table for eight, a 50-inch outdoor TV, and a grill.

The home was very recently renovated and done well. All of the appliances, furniture, kitchen / bathrooms have high quality finishes and are like new. The house is surprisingly large compared to the photos. Location can't be beat, with St Armands Circle and Lido Beach both being a quick walk away. There is even a free shuttle that can take you to downtown Sarasota. Would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely villa set in an ideal location with all the amenities you could want for an enjoyable stay. The restaurants and shops are a ten minute from the house and the beach is also within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Convenient, stylish and comfortable

Fantastic home. Convenient location to beach, shopping, restaurants, St. Armand's Circle, downtown Sarasota and more. Stylish décor and great layout with primary bedroom separate from two secondary bedrooms. Multiple sitting and dining options. Lovely heated (optional) pool and outdoor / garden area. This rental is two blocks from St Armand Circle and another two blocks to the beach. The house provides privacy with the master bedroom on one side away from the two other bed and baths. The house is well stopped, and the pool is directly accessible through sets of doors of the living room. The pool is saltwater, which was also really nice Vacasa was very responsive and checked in on us several times

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Turnkey was wonderful to deal with. The house was very clean when we arrived. There were a few small issues and Turnkey was very responsive. The location can’t be beat. Less than 2 blocks from St. Armands Circle with a plethora of shopping and restaurants. Less than a 10 minute walk to Lido Beach and/or drive to Sarasota. The house was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was serviceable for cooking as I cooked several dinners. It was great having 3 full bathrooms. We had family come for a few days. The pool was wonderful. The owners raised the heat as it was pretty chilly when we arrived. The only con I have for the home is that the furniture in the TV/Florida room wasn’t very comfortable at all. Plus, there is only adequate seating for 5 at the most when there is sleeping for 8.

What a Great House! We had kids through grandparents staying over Christmas Break. Our favorite was the Heated Pool! Yes, the pool was heated before we arrived and we used the pool every day. Everyone, including grandparents swam in the pool. Really a fun time! The house was clean when we arrived and everything was well organized. We could easily find pots, pans etc. Washer and Dryer have a large capacity. WIFI was easy to connect to. -Which was a must for the kids. Beds were comfy to sleep in. The house looked like the pictures which was very comforting. The house is within walking distance to Lido Beach. Kids found many seashells there and the beach was long. -So finding a spot on the beach was easy. House is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Which is very convenient for those days you do not want to drive anywhere. For those who do want to drive: There is a Publix grocery about 4-5 miles north, several seafood market places, doughnut shops and a few really good seafood restaurants are a short drive. Disney World is also about 2 hours away for a day to get-a-way with the kids. I can't stress enough: The heated pool was a lot of fun for the entire family. From the grandparents to the kids, everyone swam. Having everything within walking distance was really refreshing and fun. This is one of the best places we stayed.

Electrical issues with NO RESPONSE/ RESOLUTION

We are very frustrated with our lack of support and help we received. The house overall was really nice. However, circuits would trip randomly. Sometimes a light would turn on and off without instigation, and other times just closing a door would turn off another light. In the bathrooms some outlets didn’t work at all. One day the AC and most of the electrical went out at dinner time when we were trying to warm up food for the kids and family– the oven and microwave were not working with the fridge going in and out. It was also 90+ degrees outside. We contacted the local manager Braella and we spoke with her about getting an electrician out. At first she was very responsive and was working on getting an electrician to come but wasn’t sure about the status of the electrician. She also said she would check with Vacasa about moving us and giving us options to choose from. I later received an email with only one option that wasn’t suitable for our family, so I called Vacasa and spoke with someone different about not wanting to move and wanting to get an electrician out. She told me she was able to schedule an electrician between 8-9 the next morning. We changed our plans to wait for the electrician, but they never came. We connected the local manager Braella and she stopped responding completely and never bothered to check if we got electricity again. Luckily the electricity eventually returned, but with the previous glitches of randomly losing it. It was extremely frustrating.

Lack of Commnication & beware of cameras

During our stay there was a flash flood, The water completely flooded the pool. While the flood is completely out of anyone's control, how it was handled afterwards was! The next morning the water was gone so, we reached out to see when they could have the pool cleaned so it could be usable due to the amount of debris in the pool. That text went completely IGNORED. The next morning, we contacted the 800# and did not receive a call back until 4:40PM. They said someone would be out the clean the pool the following day - WHICH WAS THE NORMAL CLEANING DAY. The next day NOONE STILL SHOWED! We had 3 full days out of 6 full days with NO POOL. The morning we left I reached out via email to see about a partial refund. I did not think it was fair to pay full price when the main amenity was not usable for half the days. It took 10 DAYS and many follow ups from me for them to offer anything and it was a slap in the face! I was given $113 back out of a $4147 bill for loss of the main amenity of the home. The listing does not mention cameras but beware there are cameras. I kind of expected the doorbell one, but there is one in the pool area too! It is not directly facing the pool but I am sure it can see some activity- plus I am sure they can hear everything. I think there is a level of privacy that is invaded there for sure! makes one question if there were other cameras. The master bedroom sheets were clean but stained and dingy. The rest of the home/stay was as expected.

Quiet piece of paradise

Great family home on a quiet street within walking distance to absolutely everything on St Armands, from shopping to restaurants to the beach. Never have to drive anywhere to get the best of everything on the Key. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and cannot recommend it enough. Fully updated home with everything needed for relaxing and enjoying time away from reality.

Love this house!

We’ve rented this house 2 years in a row. We absolutely love it! The location is amazing, close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Very well equipped and beautiful!!! It feels like a home away from home.
