Terrazzo floors and bright colors add to the easy, breezy Floridian feel of this home. This family-friendly home has more than enough space for everyone to spread out. This home is located in an upscale neighborhood, a quick walk to Lido Beach. You’re also a few steps to shopping, casual eateries, and fine dining.
This home features a beautifully remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and a tile backsplash. When it’s time to eat, gather in the dining room with seating for eight, or head to the lanai with a table that seats six to eight. After dinner, unwind in the main living room on the sofa and armchairs. Reminisce about the day’s adventures or watch a movie on the 43” flat-screen TV. After dinner, head to the sunroom, where there’s plenty of comfy seating The nearby second living room features a recliner sofa, two armchairs, and 50” flat-screen TV. Mix drinks at the adjacent dry bar.
The primary bedroom features a stately king bed, 43” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Just down the hall, sits an office with a desk. The full-size sleeper sofa in this room means it can double as a guest room.
On the opposite side of the house, you’ll find three additional guest rooms. One has a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate door to the hall. Another has q king bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, a sink vanity and a sliding glass door to the pool . An en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower also has a door to the pool.
The last bedroom features 3 twin beds, sink vanity, a 40” flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door to the pool, as well as a door into the shared bathroom. This space can serve as a “mother-in-law suite” or a second primary bedroom.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer/dryer, an extra fridge in the garage, an outdoor shower on the pool deck, and a selection of beach chairs and toys. Up to two vehicles can park in the driveway.
This home is located in an upscale neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to Lido Beach. For more entertainment, South Lido County Park and Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium are both 1.5 miles down the road. You’re also a few steps to shopping, casual eateries, and fine dining.
