The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Almost perfect

Everything was great except the guest bathroom toilet was not clean the paper band was across the toilet but the side of the toilet had poop stuck on it…. Guess the cleaning service missed that… besides that all was good…

Great Condo

We loved being able to see and hear the ocean from our balcony. We’re fortunate the condo was so nice, because we spent a lot of time inside. Thanks to Mother Nature! The only downfall of this condo, in my opinion, is the placement of the dining table. The table and chairs block most of the view from the living/ dining area.
