The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
TV IN SECOND BEDROOM FOR DVD USE ONLY.
A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Adequate

Everything at this condo was fine. Unfortunately, we were part of a large group and had our condo to compare to four other condos. Ours came in last place. It hasn't been updated in a long time. There are no games or cards or books. There are lots of dishes. Everything was fine.

Nice & clean

Room had not enough towels and toilet paper as there was in room 105, there was not a complimentary bags with paper towels, toilet paper & cleaning material. I don’t know who supplies that bag.
