Sams place was a fabulous town house in Mirepoix, with 3 full sized bedrooms and a smaller sleeping space upstairs. It has bathrooms on the 1st and second floor, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor has a kitchen with absolutely everything you could want, a large dining room, a large living room and a smaller snug. There are also three areas set up for working from home, and the wifi works well for this.Then there is the garden with table, chairs, BBQ, spa, and multiple seating areas. A laundry completes the picture.Sam is an extremely generous host, the house is so well set up with everything you need plus she supplied coffee and tea, supplies for breakfast and for a simple supper and a bottle of local wine. I have never experienced such a generous host. I really recommend this property

Our conversations were warm and enriching throughout their stay. They showed great interest in the history and Cathar culture of our region and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the castles and discovering the local wines.We also appreciated how carefully Sandra and her family treated the property. The gîte was left in excellent condition. It was a real pleasure to host Sandra and her family. We would recommend them without hesitation to other guests and would be delighted to welcome them again..
