Close to OC Convention Center. Units offer kitchen, central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Building includes exercise room, billiards room and indoor pool. Elevator. No pets, please.

The highlights of the Makai are lovely indoor pool, nicely equipped fitness room, billiard room with several pool tables and lots of open space for entertaining or simply relaxing out of your condo. All the amenities of a hotel but with the convenience of a condo, conveniently situated between the ocean and the bay, with spectacular views of the sunset from the open deck on the east side of the building. It is a short distance to the OC Convention Center, awesome places to eat and/or to sip on a beer or cocktail. Enjoy!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fun times at 108 Makai

I love staying at the Makai! It’s a very convenient location and includes nice amenities such as the pool and billiards area. Room 108 was very nice, and made for a nice stay. Very clean and bright. There were a few items to correct with the room for future guests: 1) Major issue: many blinds were missing on the windows—perhaps some family with small kids rippled them down? At night this allows passers by to see in the windows. 2) minor issue: living room overhead light is very dim 3) no trash bin. Thanks again for the fun weekend! Joe

Nice OC condo

Honestly much bigger than I would have imagined. The building and condo were very clean. Kitchen was appropriately stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. the master bedroom has a huge closet that was big enough to pack out luggage and bags out of the way. Balcony over looks Coastal Highway so will hear the sounds of OCMD through out the day/night but it’s not too loud if your balcony door is shut.
