Welcome to our 40 m² apartment located on the 2nd floor without elevator and arranged as follows for your greatest comfort:
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed
- 1 living room with double sofa bed (140 cm bed), TV and Wifi
- An open equipped kitchen (hob, washing/drying machine, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- 1 terrace of 9 m2
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
