Cozy and simple at this private and peaceful guest suite. Our en-suite offers its own driveway and private entrance. This suite is complete with its own bathroom and shower. It is complete with a kitchenette .Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at the coffee bar. The sleeping area has a new cozy queen size mattress. We are just 4 minutes away from Downtown Phoenix! local coffee shops and restaurants near by. We are also just off of the I17 for quick access to the freeway to get you anywhere fast.

Great Short Term Rental

Stayed in the little apartment for a short visit to Phoenix. It was exceptionally well updated, super clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, shower was exceptionally large and the little kitchen was a nice option. I would say the apartment is about the size of a large suite like hotel room and was fantastic for just me and would even be nice for a couple. The location was good as it was right off the freeway, but it was a bit noisy at night, although not disruptively so. The local neighborhood was family oriented but the surrounding shopping/ gas areas could get a bit sketchy, so explore with caution. On arrival I had not received any check in instructions but the management was super quick to respond once I was there. Things that could be improved. Access through the back gate was difficult. The lock really needs to be rekeyed or replaced & at night it is difficult to see to able to get the key out of the lock box. A heavier comforter or additional blank under the light comforter would be nice for warmth in the winter. A “how to book for the air/heater combo” and local recommendations book would have been helpful. All in all the stay was comfortable and I very much appreciated the 11 am checkout. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
