Discover our family home, a real haven of peace to recharge your batteries!

The house is located in the countryside, with a plot of several hectares and is therefore totally far from traffic and all noise pollution.
The house is 45 minutes from Périgueux and Angoulême, in the heart of the Périgord vert.
Several tourist sites to visit nearby such as the town of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Brantôme, the castle of Villebois-Lavalette...

It is an old water mill, so the river passes in front of and under the house, which gives it great originality and charm.

The house is composed as follows:

Ground floor =
~ large entrance with separate toilet
~ open kitchen + dining room
~ large living room on the mezzanine
~ 2 double bedrooms (bed 160) with connecting bathroom.
Possibility of cot for baby in the 2 bedrooms (provided).

FLOOR =
~ 3 double bedrooms (bed 160) with private bathroom in 2 bedrooms
~ 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed (sleeps 5)
- 1 children's bedroom (bed 90 on the mezzanine)
~ 1 bathroom + toilet
~ 1 separate toiletPGJyPg
→ i.e. 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The area of the house is 250m² with a living room (kitchen/dining room and living room) of more than 100m², which will allow you to meet up with family/friends while having enough space in the rest of the house for everyone to have their own living space.

A large swimming pool is also on the grounds (5x11m).
