INSIDE THE HOME
The comfortable living room is a perfect place to spend time together and has access to the patio where you can find lounge chairs and a BBQ. The bright, fully-stocked kitchen offers guests updated appliances and has lots of space to work. The primary suite of this property features a king-sized bed, private access to the back patio with a built-in hot tub, walk-through closet, and large ensuite. There are also two guest bedrooms in this property that are nicely decorated and feature queen beds, and green views out the window.

Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, and the charming downtown Truckee is a short drive away! Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood!

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.

- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.

Spring Break near Tahoe Donner Ski Resort

This house was clean, comfortable and extremely dog friendly. Great location and very well maintained. The only drawback was that it is on a busier road so we couldn't let the dogs off leash. It was a small thing and I would definitely stay here again.

The property was spotless! We were not expecting it to be in such good shape considering it was dog friendly, but everything was perfect :-) Our favorite amenity was the gas fire pit out back, we started every morning there with coffee and ended every night there with a glass of wine! We may be back;)

Winter Getaway

This place is a gem, the backyard set up is very peaceful. We rented it because of this. The house was Very relaxing and had great amenities through out the house, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Could use an air conditioner or portable conditioner. The temperature was about 88 and the house got warm

Beautiful Cabin

I went for a week and enjoyed this spacious dog friendly home. The hot tub was so relaxing. We did have to contact the property management for a couple of issues, but they relied and responded quickly. On our way out we were informed of a big winter storm and requested and extra night. They were so accommodating! I would definitely use this place again.

Peaceful relaxation haven

This was the perfect place for 6 of us friends and two small dogs. The house is exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit in the back, the hot tub, and the gas grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with, and Safeway is just 10 min away. They allowed us to check-in an hour early and check-out an hour later when asked. I really appreciate the property management being responsive and quick whenever I had a question. And If you have a dog, this place is great!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to be able to park the car in the garage and easy entry with key pad. There are steep stairs that goes up from garage/front door to the rest of the house. We really appreciated the baby gate blocking the stairs. The beds were comfortable and it was great that none of the bedrooms shared a wall. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including high chair and pack n play. The place us dog friendly and our dog had a great time. Highly recommend.

Terrific property, outstanding property management

The property was immaculate and exactly as described. Comfortable and cozy with great amenities. I really appreciate the owners for all the space we had as guests (2 cars in the garage, plenty of cupboard space for our food, full closet space in every bedroom). The back yard is a big plus with the small dog run, fire pit, hot tub, grill, picnic table and cornhole. The area was very quiet at night, but unfortunately street noise from Alder Creek where I think most people are way over the 25 mph speed limit. Property management was outstanding! I really appreciated the welcome tote bag and coffee, and their web page for the house had everything I needed and make check in and check out smooth and easy. Thank you!!

Fabulous stay in Tahoe Donner!

We had a wonderful time at this terrific house. The home was lovely - very comfortable, clean, modern, and well-stocked. Kitchen had all the accessories we needed and more. It was even better in person than the photos. We especially enjoyed the back deck area with a hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table.

Beautiful house

We had a great stay but wanted to let you know the refrigerator seems broken. Even on the coolest setting it temperature inside is fairly warm
