Tranquility was the focus of this high end home. Comfortable, secluded and yet close enough to all the action Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Views and sounds of the sea are found at every corner while still giving you a sense of privacy.

As you pull up to the house you are greeted by the Sun and the Moon. Outside pool table and a Jacuzzi that will wash your stress away. Beautiful pool with a Spa. Relax on the Panama Jack Adirondack chairs or enjoy the comfy loungers. Plenty of space to enjoy company and room to have some me time.

Great Stay & Communication

The house was a great place for our friend group to catch up and hang out. The pool and backyard area was fantastic. The location was great and there were even bikes at the property we were able to use to bike to the local beaches. The owner, Vadim, was great throughout and always answered our request immediately and was helpful throughout. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation rental in this area.

Perfect Family Retreat

We used this beautiful home for our Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It was perfect, plenty of room throughout the home, beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. Lots of family games to keep everyone entertained. I will keep this home in my future plans.

Amazing family vacation

The house was incredibly comfortable for my family of 5. Pool was comfortable and the back yard had plenty of space/furniture to spread out...and 2 basketball hoops make gametime fun! House was very comfortable and everything you'd want. Also large TVs everywhere with easy Roku access to familiar streaming apps. Communication with VB was prompt and he was very responsive to any needs (like extra BBQ tools). We made use of the bikes for a easy ride to the beach.My family raved about the house and we look forward to staying again...don't hesitate to stay here, this is what a relaxing vacation looks like!

Casa de Paz was wonderful! The kids loved the pool and basketball court. We all loved the hot tub. Communication was fantastic and anything we needed (which was only a broom) was taken care of promptly. Beach was just a few minute walk away. Home was clean with plenty of sleeping area for all 8 of us. Age range 7-64. Many suggestions sent by manager for restaurants and things to do. This house made for a memorable family vacation.

Perfect Location and Perfect House

Couldn’t have asked for anything better for my bachelor party. VB was a great host with flawless communication. So much to do at the house as well as everything you could need already there waiting for you. Close proximity to private beach and Ubers less than $10 anywhere we wanted to go.

Our family of five had a great time at the property! VB has paid a lot of attention to detail in the home and amenities. We played basketball in the backyard, table hockey, board games, sat in the hot tub, rode bikes to the beach and used the chairs and umbrellas provided. The outdoor space is as inviting as the indoor space. Everything you need has already been anticipated!

We stayed here for 8 days and felt like we were at home the whole time. The host was very accommodating and helpful. All we had to do is let him know if we needed anything and he was there. The house was so very bright and clean. We didn't need anything as the house was fully stocked with everything from trash bags to shampoo. It's definitely 5 plus stars. We will stay here again !!!!!!

Great vacation

We had a fantastic stay. We had two families with young kids visiting other family in the area so we picked this house for its location and layout. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful and hospitable the owner was in providing plenty of beach supplies (including wagons and sand toys for kids) as well as pool floats. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub nearly every day, way more than we expected (it was hard to keep them out, they had so much fun!).It was easy to walk to the beach, and I also enjoyed many nights just strolling the beautiful, quiet neighborhood trying to get my baby to sleep.The house was perfect for our group; we cooked many meals. I also appreciated having the washer/dryer available, with plenty of detergent too. The owner was super accessible and even came by within a couple hours to address a minor issue I asked about soon after checking in. He was very communicative and seemed genuinely invested in us having everything we needed and getting around okay.Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Bachelor Party weekend

The place was great. VB was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the trip. And kept the house in great shape. Everything was just like the pictures. The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. Only thing I would recommend is not using the private beach. If you’re just looking to put your toes in the sand and water, that private beach is perfect for you because it was loaded with tiny and big rocks. But we were wanting a more sandy beach and a place to drink alcohol on the beach as well. So we went closer to downtown Fort Lauderdale and palm beach the next day. Recommend doing that.

We had the best family vacation.! This home is beautiful. Very clean and nicely decorated. It has everything you could ever think of needing. We definitely felt right at home during our stay here. We have 4 kids with ages ranging from 17 to 9 years old and it was perfect for everyone. The outdoor area is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, basketball court, pool table, corn hole, and just relaxing on the porches and lounge chairs. VB is an amazing host. So kind, attentive and available to answer any questions. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It’s located within a short walk to a beautiful private beach and just a short drive or bike ride to many shops and restaurants. We are sad our vacation is over but we can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend staying at this home. You won’t be disappointed!

Great family beach house!

Beautiful property, thoughtfully appointed with fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, Keurig machine with pods, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.). Had everything we needed, complete with games, corn hole, basketball hoop, pool table, bikes, beach gear….everything! Only problem was the heat/cooling in the bedrooms. We stayed over Christmas and it was unusually cold in FL (got down to the 40s!) Bedroom units only blew cold/lukewarm air. The unit in the living room worked fine. The property manager (VB) was great, brought over two space heaters, but even when the weather got warmer, the units in the bedrooms had a hard time cooling properly. Was either too hot or too cold…sometimes it was better to just turn them off. But aside from that, we had a lovely time and were grateful that our family (including our dog) could hang out, walk to the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in Every Way

What an absolutely incredible host and exceptional vacation home. This space and host are truly the best of the best, a 5+ star experience! From the moment the reservations were made until our 8-night stay was complete, VB was available to grant our every want, need and desire. VB’s home was spacious, bright and beautifully furnished with such a feeling of both chic and hominess as you walk through the door. Every bedroom had amazingly comfortable beds along with an ensuite. Plenty to do in his gorgeous living room – foosball, loads of games, large flatscreen TV, or just sit back and relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook up some great meals. Now to the outside. If I were to sum it up in one word it would be … WOW! A fabulous hot tub, amazing gas grill, fun basketball court (with a lighted ball!) and cornhole game, lounge chairs, tables, beautiful lighting – it felt like paradise! If that isn’t enough then one of the best beaches in Ft. Lauderdale is just a short walk away with some outstanding restaurants just a short drive away. Or you can hop on one of the fine bicycles provided with this vacation home and peddle to the beach. If you have an infant with you, you are all set with a crib, a baby gate, kiddie table, infant tray seat, plus toys and more. Did I mention how extraordinary our host VB was? I’ve never seen a host that was so kind and attentive with a desire to ensure all his guest were having the time of their lives. If you have a short list of vacation homes you are deciding on then look no further – this is it!

Weekend trip get together with old friends

Upon arrival from the airport at 9am the property manager was very accommodating by allowing us to check in early once we go to the property we were enjoying our stay until guest started to take showers and realized the up stairs shower had multiple large titles taped to the wall with packing tape and masking tape, some of which had obviously been there for some time since there was black mold behind the clear packing tape. One guest had to push one of the tiles back into place to keep it from falling out while he was showering. The downstairs shower leaks water onto the floor so a towel had to be put down each time someone took a shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a mattress that is in desperate need of replacement when the bed is made a visual 4” dip can be seen in the middle of the bed. On the back porch one step is very loose and is a tripping hazard for any one of an older age that isn’t very steady on their feet. Also rotten wood can be seen hanging down from the ceiling on the back porch. The washing machine does little more than wet the clothes. It to is in need of repairs. Half of the bicycles at the house had flat tires and some do not hold air all of them look very neglected and like they were gotten from various yard sales. We bought groceries because the listing states it has a grill, which the house does have but only 3 empty propane tanks were there with the grill so it wasn’t usable. The listing states there is a pool table, which there isn’t.
