This Niantic house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. With heating, AC, a washing machine & dryer, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms feature showers for added convenience. Relax in this phenomenal property and make unforgettable memories. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Crescent beach is a short stroll to the private community beach and snack stand, just 500 feet. McCooks is about 1/2 mile away. Rocky Neck about 5 miles away. Crescent Beach is free for guests and McCooks is $45 a day for nonresidents for a parking pass. The house is pet friendly with a fenced yard.
