1915 Black Point Home
What a beautiful week of weather we had at Carin's home. The pictures depict exactly how beautiful the house is. After one trip down the cellar stairs (be careful, the description is accurate), I easily adjusted. We became familiar with the neighborhood quickly and were greeted with a friendly hello from those we happened to see during our numerous walks. I would recommend renting Carin's home at any time. Sincerely, Cindy M

Black Pointe Respite
For starters the house was beautiful, you can tell that Carin thought of every single and I mean every single detail in the remodel of this home. The home was immaculate, welcoming and was a treat to stay in. There was a welcome basket of candies and popcorn as well as soaps and shampoo’s in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked from forks to baking trays to air fryer to kcup machine. The house got great sunlight and the sofas and recliner were unbelievable comfortable. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, I got some great rest there. The house is a short 3.5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood could be one of the best walking/running neighborhood ever. I don’t think I passed one neighbor while out walking who didn’t say hello. There’s a small Market 1 minute walk away that makes unbelievable sandwiches and the ice cream ( toasted coconut) is to die for . Also walked over a few mornings for a cup of coffee. The owner Carin was wonderful and responsive. My wife and are already planning another stay are looking forward to it. I strongly recommend this home as a must stay if you’re looking to book…. Just as long as you don’t book when we want to return LOL!!

Wonderful
We were impressed that everything we could think of was available and clearly marked. And since this is a relatively new rental, most of the kitchen stuff and the outdoor grill were new. We really didn't need to communicate much with the host, but Carin kept in touch to make us aware of events and to make sure we had everything. Black Point is a wonderful family place, and I wouldn't hesitate to return next year.

A Gem find we will revisit for sure!
This property was absolutely adorable. Exceptionally clean, great pictures but still don’t do it justice, impeccably decorated! Completely redone and we felt like we were the first to ever stay after the remodel. A gem of a place off the beaten path! Would definitely recommend The owners were quick to respond with directions and questions throughout the stay. Very attentive and super kind. 😊
