Emerald Isle 1208 is a fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach. Featuring expansive windows and wraparound Gulf views from its corner position, this condo offers a bright open layout and coastal-inspired décor ideal for families or groups.
The living area includes ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony with Gulf views. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with dining seating for six and additional bar seating for three.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, Gulf views, and direct balcony access, along with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two full-size beds. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located nearby.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and outdoor showers. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).
Conveniently located near the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, dining, and local attractions.

A perfect spot for a small group!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was SO clean when we arrived which is so relieving! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner and lunches. The furniture is cozy, they have puzzles for rainy days, and the building is great! Very clean pool which is always nice. I recommend this place for anyone with a small family or a friends trip.

Great Fall Beach Stay

The view from our 12th floor condo was incredible! The three bedroom place was very accommodating for our group of 5. Check-in and out was easy. Easy access to everything fun right outside the building. Beds were comfy too. It was such a quiet and peaceful stay. It’s our 2nd time at this building and we’d definitely stay a third.

Beautiful view and location. A little sparse with dishes and pots and pans. The master tv would not turn on. Overall a very nice vacation.

Great location

The location is amazing. The overall property is very nice. The people that live there and work there are very welcoming. The down fall was the floors were very dirty. There are no cleaning supplies.

Great stay

Very nice view. The only complaint I have is that there was a strong Marijana smell from time to time while sitting on the balcony. I couldnt enjoy the balcony when it happened

Perfect location.

The condo is in a great location. The property management staff and beach chair staff were amazing. The only drawbacks were the cleanliness of the floors and how well the entry key pads to the property worked. We were not the only guests having issues with them.

Excellent View! Beautiful Condo!

The view in the room could not have been any better! You can see the ocean and the bay. Panoramic views. Extremely spacious. Property management was friendly and excellent at keeping in communication with us from the day we booked, to the day before checkin, check in day, during our stay and after. I didn’t love the bedspreads. Kind of paperthin but that’s personal preference and literally the only complaint I have! Pools were great, hot tub, beach access and you can walk to restaurants and shops!

Thanksgiving in Pensacola

We always come to Pensacola for Thanksgiving and this was our first time at this property. Pros: The views are fantastic from this condo, and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We loved sitting outside on the balcony, there is comfortable seating with pillows. The furniture inside was also very comfortable and nice! Full size washer and dryer! Cons: This condo sleeps 8 people (3 queen beds and 1 king bed) but there were only 6 large dinner plates when we went to set the table for Thanksgiving . We found some smaller plates to use. (other than that the kitchen had plenty of glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc) Please note that the TV in the family room is very small. Most of the time that we were there it was cold and rainy so we spent time inside watching football and movies.
