The lanai, private pool, and lake view are very nice. The rest of the house is OK. A number of items about the maintenance of the home were not great. The neighborhood is a mix of nice homes and not so great homes. This rental is somewhere in between.Port Charolette is not really a vacation town.

I wish you would have expressed your dissatisfaction during your stay. I certainly don't feel that a bathroom window in the shower not locking or a broken outlet on the Lani deserve this review. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe and port Charlotte is a perfect vacation spot so I totally disagree with you!!

Glad you enjoyed your stay , the villa is located in the best part of port Charlotte most people love the convenience of the central location much closer to Sarasota Venice and englewood. I know your last place was in Cape Coral they didn't do as well in the hurricane and it has a very different vibe . I .thank you for your business.
