Very exclusive house with well though out interior

The host was incredible, friendly and quick to respond. The house is kept in a very upper scale quality. 5min by car away from the beach and 45min into Rome. The owner lives downstairs in the basement, however you feel you have the house to yourself since he has a different entrance and gives you a lot of privacy at the same time he is always open to help.
