Perfect base to discover the fantastic area

Very nicely renovated old watermill house on an large plot in complete privacy. The swimming pool area is just fantastic. We enjoyed this holiday house very much in between the trips to Perugia, Assisi, Siena and many more.

Great experience

We loved it here! You can feel the love and keen eye that went into the restoration of this rustic olive farm house. The interior offers so many interesting details, but foremost it is practical. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for up to six people - great oven and two fridges! There is a grill outside, also big enough. Of course you have to bring the essentials, but that is perfectly normal. And the outside area is stunning! The gardener must have a lot on his hands with all the different plants, flowers and trees (there even is a small habitat with gorgeous water liliies and frogs). The recreation area is big and very well kept and the pool is just a dream! We were just a little bit disappointed that the whirlpool was not a fixed installed one (like in most pictures), but the blow-up kind - not because of the size, but the massage effect. That was only a tiny tiny flaw, compared to how much fun we had here! And also worth a mention is the great host and his team - they are so supportive and nice! We would come back here anytime! Please note: if you are not a very sportive person, you probably need a car to get around as there are many hills and the weather gets really hot!
