Nehalem Bay Park: trails, horseback riding 15 min walk. Hiking, surfing, SUP, fishing, crabbing, kayaking within 10 minutes. 1 full, 1 twin in guest; queen, 1 twin in mstr. 2 bench seat sofas sleep one each. License limit 8, $20 a day EXTRA for guests # 7, 8. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. MCA #1160

Coastal Weekend Stay

Wonderful home in Manzanita for our party of 5 plus our doodles. Very comfortable home away from home with lots of windows and natural lighting. Nice location right next to golf and great walking distance to Nehalem beach, and close proximity to other beaches like Cannon and Seaside. Also close proximity to town boutique restaurants and town markets. Would stay again.

Beautiful home and fantastic location in Manzanita

We loved the well-stocked kitchen and home, the comfortable beds and lots of space to hang out. The owner was very kind and helpful. We brought bikes to ride through town and it was the perfect way to get around. Would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect for us and our two elementary school kids. It was very clean, well stocked, beautiful windows, and an easy walk to the beach and town. The location along the coast was perfect for visiting multiple parks, overlooks, and stunning beaches. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful vacation home for our family! Super clean, well stocked, plenty of seating for our family plus guests. Nice deck and view of golf course. Plenty of parking. Perfect location for golf, beach access & a short walk to downtown. Nice place to relax with family. Quiet area. Fenced back yard & deck for grandkids and our furbaby. A must stay in Manzanita!

We could not have found a better place to stay for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully decorated, super comfortable and exceptionally located between an amazing short golf course and the beach. Paulla was very responsive and helpful even as she was welcoming a new grandchild! We will definitely come back again!

This is a wonderful property, very well kept, clean and comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped for a truly relaxing vacation in a gorgeous location. Beach family reunion

We spent a relaxing week in this lovely beach home. The big open floor plan surrounded by windows with lots of trees in the perimeter was very relaxing. Two nice bathrooms gave us lots of space. We were surprised by the deck space with sitting areas around the perimeter of the home and large back yard protected from wind. It was a wonderful week . Close access to beach, golf and community park. We hope to return next year.

Comfortable, well stocked

We really liked this home, very comfortable & colorful with all you need and then some. Next to a quiet small golf course, there’s an abundance of birds used an app to ID them), wildlife (raccoon, deer) that was wonderful. The big windows make it feel spacious & open. Close walk to beach & town is a relatively easy walk as well. I loved all the Pendleton pillows, blankets. Lots of parking. There a 2 large bathrooms. We often stay further south so Manzanita was a nice change. Only 2 hrs from PDX, plenty of parks/sites north or south. I appreciated the recycling too, as I usually have to drive it somewhere. We would love to come again, thanks.

A rental more like visiting a friend or family’s home

The most comforting descriptor I can say is this rental is just like staying in a friends home. There are beautiful objects and art and books and abundant household basics available. There are all the appliances one could use including a kitchen aid food processor and a milk frother! The beds and linens are exceptionally comfortable. The Pendleton decor is special. We enjoyed it all so much. The location is quiet and yet entertaining near the 1 st tee of the M Links. It’s an easy walk to town. One hazard was a lift in the driveway concrete that was tripped on a few times by more than one. Otherwise it was all quite perfect. Thank you!
