The Space:
Located on the 5th floor (no shared walls - extra quiet!) of a new luxury mixed-use building, this condo has an expansive view of Park and State Streets from the huge living space windows, with the gorgeous natural landscape in the distance.
Sip your morning drip coffee on the cute private balcony. Relax and catch up with friends in the comfy and light- filled living room. Cook up a meal in the modern kitchen and enjoy it at the marble breakfast bar. Unwind in the spacious guest bedroom, or claim the primary suite with its flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, king bed, and spacious en-suite bathroom.
The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. Perhaps most importantly, step onto Park Street and take advantage of all Traverse City has to offer!
As a great bonus, this condo has a large in-unit laundry room with some essential supplies to make sure you can keep your clothes fresh!

Getting Around:
**Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025**
Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including metered street parking and parking garages.
Street Parking:
Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced.
Metered Parking:
Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.
Parking Garages (Recommended):
Hardy Garage – 303 East State St.
Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance).
Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St.
Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM.
Ground Level: Metered Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 6 PM; Free on Sundays.
Follow posted signs to avoid fines or towing.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

Great place. Convenient location to downtown. Exceeded expectations. Parking is the only challenge. No parking on streets even if paying with the ParkMobile App for meters. You need to park in garage, or you will receive a citation from TC city.
This has been our third year staying at this condo. We ABSOLUTELY love being at this location. We always take a yearly girls weekend trip (my mom, sister and I) and we stay at this place because it is clean, a great place and to our surprise this year it was newly updated with new paint, furniture and decor. Super great place. Can't go wrong with staying there!
Beautiful property in perfect location. We enjoyed great restaurants, beach walks and day trips. A quiet retreat in a perfect vacation spot. This was our second stay and we will be back.

Everything was exceptional. They had all the essentials and more. Comfortable beds, plush towels, had all kitchen supplies, etc. communication was excellent. Definitely would stay here again.
Everything was great, the check in process was smooth, the condo was clean and just as pictured. Oh and the beds were comfortable. We would most definitely book again.
The place was great and very beautifully furnished. Beds were great. Best pillows ever. Very high end linnens and a well stocked kitchen with nice new appliances. Location is PERFECT. Walking distance to anywhere downtown including the beach. Definitely will book again.
We looked at the weather and decided we needed a last minute and much earned get away with our adult sons, one on fall break at MSU, to do some fall color viewing and cider tasting. The property exceeded expectations. We stay in VRBOs quite often and the cleanliness, friendliness of the host, nice little extra amenities like coffee and a bottle of wine, and a perfect location really set this propery apart. We will definitly stay here again. stayIncredibly
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo in downtown TC. We always love our time in northern Michigan and this trip was no exception. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean and had every amenity one looks for in a rental. Communication with the rental agency was superb. We definitely hope to be back soon!
The girls stayed at this lovely apartment while the guys camped at the race site for IceMan weekend. We loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. The high end finishes, accents, blinds etc really made the place feel upscale. The host Katy was very responsive and helpful when a question arose. I would highly recommend this place and plan to rent here again.
