1900 Ninety-Eight is one of the most recent beachfront developments in Destin, and therefore one of the newest. There are only 16 total residences, two on each floor, with every home boasting panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the fourth floor, 401 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom dream vacation rental. Modern finishes like marble vanities in the bathrooms, custom kitchen cabinets, and stainless appliances are part of what makes this a truly luxurious vacation experience. Not to mention, 1900 Ninety Eight includes outstanding on-site amenities. Bask in the sun on the beach or under the stars in the rooftop community pool and hot tub. The rooftop fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment for guests and owners to enjoy. One secured, covered, and assigned parking space is provided, additional parking may be available in the open, public parking lot on the north side of the building.

The open-concept floorplan throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas makes it easy to spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make and enjoy your favorite meals from the comfort of home. Plus, there's room for eight at the large dining table and two at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to an expansive beachfront balcony. The furnished balcony with spectacular beach views has a gas grill and an outdoor dining table with four chairs. The master bathroom has double vanities, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is easy to access from the bedrooms or living areas. The last guest bedroom is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed set with attached twin trundle.

The view from the primary bedroom and main living space were absolutely gorgeous! Even though the weather was a bit too cold for part of our stay we were able to still enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean. The pool was warm enough for us to enjoy when the ocean was too cold. I thoroughly enjoyed the private beach area that was available up to 5:00 pm.

You know how when you book a place and then you show up and the photo doesn’t look q anything like the advertisement.This place is not like that. Lots to love

Fantastic view and right on the beach was great. Very nice unit that was comfortable, secure and spacious. Covered reserved parking spot was a plus but the private beach area with complimentary chairs and umbrellas was a special benefit.

This property is the definition of paradise. The building is incredibly well kept. The views from the patio and the roof top are amazing and the white sand beach and beautiful clear blue water were the icing on the cake.

Amazingly spacious and well appointed

We had a group of women celebrating a 50th birthday with a girls trip. The condo was so perfect and spacious for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. We had a chef cook for us there and the kitchen is huge and has everything you can think of in it, The rooftop pool was great as well. we will definitely come and rent this specific condo again!

Girls trip

A wonderful week of just nine girls. The property was wonderful! There was a bed for everyone with three beautiful baths. The beach area was a problem. Boxed in between two public beaches. Lots of people everywhere, in the water , on the beach. Other than the crowding the property was beautiful enjoyed the rooftop pool so much!

Fantastic View

The condo itself is amazing, with an amazing view of Destin beaches. All the amenities in the listing are accurate. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the private beach area is about 40 yards wide, sandwiched between two small public beach areas. We were here for Memorial Day weekend, so the public beach zones were shoulder to shoulder packed. The beach attendant for our condo was required on more than one occasion to kick people out of our private beach area who had spilled over from the public zones. It was definitely distracting. I would imagine this spot would be much better during less crowded times when the public zones aren't as full. But, we enjoyed our stay, and have only positive things to say about the condo and its proximity to things to do. The view will stick with me for a while. It was beautiful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were also very cool.

No hot tub or pool as seen on site

I am very just putting in this property not the place itself, but the pool and the hot tub. It was shown on the site as having a beautiful pool and a beautiful, hot tub overlooking the water when we got there it was all closed up for renovations, and no one ever told us I would’ve booked somewhere else I am very upset And it really affected our time away. I did contact the property manager they gave me $100 which considering how much we paid for the unit was a drop in the bucket. So if you’re going to book this place, make sure that you find out if the pool in the hot tub are in working order. So disappointed.
