About this property

Spacious Family or Couples Condo - Walk to Coligny Beach & Shops

Two floor, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom, 1500 sqft condo building in the TreeTops community near Coligny Beach.

-10 min walk to Coligny beach, less than a mile to Celebration Park and restaurants.
-Bath towels, kitchen supplies, soaps, coffee, spices & more included
-55 inch smart TVs and hi-speed wifi
-Uniquely decorated throughout
-Brand new oversized Washer / Dried in-unit (just bring detergent)
-Multiple outdoor areas to relax
-Community has 3 pools and tennis courts for use within very short walk
-Managed by me, Bryan for the past four year! No dealing w/ management company.

First floor has kitchen, half bath, living area, dinning area and walk out private patio. All kitchen accessories you'll need for basic meals and cooking. Wifi, 55' ROKU TV (Streaming apps available such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. just bring your own log-in info). Washer & Dryer in-unit, please just bring your own detergent.

Second floor has two bedrooms both with new KING beds. Master suite has plenty of space with private bath. Guest "Golf" room has second full bath right outside the hallway. A second floor balcony is accessible from both rooms. A pack-n-play is stored upstairs either in the closet or under the golf bed.

We provide, for a $50 fee - beach towels, blanket, pull wagon, beach tent, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and tennis rackets and a few bike helmets and other accessories for your use. Once fee is paid, we provide a code to the locked equipment closet and you are able to use throughout your stay! For any stay over 7 days, the beach closet is at FREE.

The kitchen and bathroom have everything you'll need sheets, towels, soaps, kitchen spices, utensils etc. We do our best to provide you all toiletries and paper towels you'll need for the trip. High-speed wifi through with a Smart TV.

The Treetops community is a large complex with three community pools, tennis courts and other areas to explore. Full-time residents and vacation rentals are throughout the property, so please respect everyone and treat this like your own community. It's a short walk to the beach and you can cut through the back end of the Treetops community (see our map in the welcome packet) to get directly to South Forest beach access point - less crowded than coligny and has public bathrooms + public bar/food available at the Marriott resort.

We use condo for our own personal use plenty of weeks throughout the year and will definitely call it our home away from home. We hope you are able to enjoy the space, consider it your own and treat it that way throughout your stay.

Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $250/pet/stay.

Great HHI Condo

This place was great and Bryan was very quick to respond and help us when needed. Be sure to read the directions he provides for locating the condo as it is very tucked away. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

SC 55 State Tennis Championships

My tennis partner and I were here for the 55 South Carolina State Tennis Championships. We found the condo very comfortable, and it had all the items that we needed for our stay. Bryan, the owner, was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

Annual birthday getaway to Hilton Head. Steps away from the beach and the part of the island we enjoy. Loved the condo - beautifully decorated and had everything you need. I will definitely recommend and book again!

Perfect location

This was our first time visiting HHI. Perfect central location. Easy and pleasant walk to beach. Spacious and very well appointed unit, it had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed outdoor area. Very clean as well.

Comfortable, chic, great location in Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a birthday weekend! The place was perfect for our needs - the beds were very comfortable, the decor was cozy, you can take a path for a short walk to the beach, and bike rentals are everywhere. We went to Crazy Crab for dinner one night and enjoyed cooking the rest of the meals in the condo with all the included supplies. We would definitely stay here again and hope to come back!

Great Location

The location of the property was great! Short bike ride to the beach and very short walk to two of the property pools. The rental had everything we needed but was a bit dated and it got really hot upstairs. For the price, it was overall a good deal, and the hosts were easy to work with and very accommodating.

Good afternoon,Please make sure someone cleans under the sofa. There was some trash left under it from previous clients. Also, in the master’s bedroom going into the bathroom there are spider webs. It would have been nice if the outside patio was clean to sit outside. Other than that, the stay was awesome! Great location and quiet unit.

Great Location

This two story location make it easy to get to the beach and plenty of room to have children asleep upstairs while you watch a show in peace. The 10 minute walk, 15 with kids, is on a pathed path that will take you right up to the sand. This location is not as crowded as the public parking side. You are near great shops and celebration park that is perfect for kids. A giant pirate ship for the kids to play on. If you are going to Harbour Town, you are just 5 minutes from the Sea Pines entry gate. Bikes are everywhere and you can ride on the beach. Bike shops will deliver to your location and pick up when you leave. We did not use any of the amenities since we were there for the beach and to visit Harbour Town.

The positives multiple coffee makers with coffee were available. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed but the large skillet needs to be replaced. This was a great set up for a small family of 4. We had a rainy Saturday over Memorial Day weekend and there was plenty of space and games to keep us occupied. The walk to the beach is very easy for most adults, you will have to cross S Forrest Beach Dr. to get to the beach. There was plenty of cleaning supplies including laundry detergent. The unit is convenient to Publix, Kroger, TJ maxx, and a dollar tree. Bryan was very good about communicating he even texted us a map to get to the condo when the GPS wasn’t accurate. Cons- Do not put the unit number in the GPS it will take you to the wrong complex. The unit could use some sprucing and a thorough cleaning under sofas, bookcase, corners of rooms and under the cabinets. We have a 5 year old so little toys and hands find everything. On our last day my child stepped on a popped nail on the stairs. It wasn’t too bad, and his tetanus shot was up to date so no additional medical care was needed.Overall it was an enjoyable stay. It’s great to be able to make breakfast on those days when you don’t want to head out early.

I live in the Charlotte suburbs via Delray Beach, FL.

We first visited Blue Ridge, GA in 2018 and fell in love with the area. The Mountain view’s, outdoor activities, seasonal temperatures, lovely people and a place to check out from the daily hustle and bustle. After a few trips to the Blue Ridge area we decided to purchase a cabin (our first VRBO) in 2019 for us and others to enjoy year round!

Flash forward to 2021 and we've really enjoyed the ability to host guests at the cabin so we purchased two additional properties; beach condo get-a-way on Hilton Head Island, SC and a lake home on Lake Hartwell in Fair Play, SC.

We learned it was a lot to handle so we sold our mountain and lake properties to focus on Hilton Head.

We love to travel, try unique experiences and meet good people at every stop along the way. When traveling, the places we stay are a huge decision for us so we are always trying to improve the experience people have. If you have anything you need while staying at the beach, call/text either of us at any time and we will do our best to help with your experience.

Why they chose this property

A handful of beaches are about 4-hours from Charlotte and we searched and searched for the best location. After many visits and online research we knew Hilton Head was a place that we would want to continue to visit for many years to come as a family. The island has EVERYTHING we feel is necessary for a great weekend, week or longer experience.

What makes this property unique

Our pride and joy of being hosts is decorating and providing amenities to guests to make their experience as good as ours when we attend. We aren't perfect hosts, but try our best to help our guests and also continue to add/tweak things based on feedback we receive. We couldn't be more excited to share the space with you and your friends/family and allow you to treat it like your own!
