The living room features a very comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a dining table for two. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals.

The bedroom includes a double bed made up with hotel-quality linens. A spacious wardrobe allows you to unpack and feel right at home.

The bathroom comes with a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The Charonne neighbourhood, located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, is known for its village-like charm and authentic atmosphere. Wander through its cobbled streets lined with traditional cafés, artisan shops, and lively bistros. Discover the Saint-Germain-de-Charonne Church, a 12th-century architectural gem, and take a stroll through Belleville Park to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris. Charonne offers a unique and picturesque experience, far from the usual tourist trails.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Reuilly–Diderot, is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
