View the beautiful blue/green water and sugar white sand from inside this comfortable townhome, that is right on the beach. This area is teaming with nature situated between two parks. Watch the dolphins, collect shells, take a beautiful walk to Camp Helen bird sanctuary, look for turtles nests, catch fish from shore, plus watch seagulls and pelicans in endless flight. Enjoy sunsets every evening. Golf at World Class Courses and deep sea fishing charter boats within minutes. Eat at the areas great restaurants or enjoy grilling right on the Gulf of Mexico.

A wonderful get-away to just relax, read and enjoy. The master bedroom is also Gulf-front, enjoy the sound of the waves and watch beautiful stars and the moon sparkle on the water. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with TV, DVD, and private bath with tub/shower. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with TV, VCR and private bath identical to the master. There is a half bath on the main level.

Situated between Carillon and Rosemary Beaches. Inlet beach is an enclave of Florida at its best!

Nice place directly on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. The location is in between PCB and Rosemary so the beach was a little less crowded. We would stay again!

Best week ever on the beach!

A family vacation with an age range from 10-94yrs old. We all had fun, from sitting on the nice covered porch, snorkeling, riding the waves or just sticking our toes in the sand. It was a full week on fun relaxing time on the beach!

The best location!!

The location was amazing! So beautiful and close to so many things without being as crowded and busy as the other areas. It was wonderful to just walk out to the beach with little kids who go need to go back and forth constantly :) the house was fully stocked and very comfortable for our family of 6! We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We look forward to any opportunity to visit the Inlet Beach area of Florida, and always hope that this home is available for our stay. Bob is the best host and always available if you have questions. The home has everything you could want and more. The location is ideal and the sand a few steps from the back porch. We always hate to leave and hope to be able to visit again.

Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean, comfortable and had a home-like feel. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need to fix a good meal during our stay there. The beach was just steps from the home and was simply amazing. Gorgeous location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ocean front condo. It is literally 5 steps from the sand. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved reading and hanging out on the porch with that awesome ocean view and looking at stars from the upstairs balcony.

Great condo at Inlet Beach

Great condo right on the beach. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Easy access to grocery stores. Bob the owner is great and makes the process so easy. Would highly recommend. Quick walk to the inlet is nice when the kids want a break from the waves.

Great location, nice & clean

We loved this location so much. We will be back, hopefully next year! Kitchen is well equipped with all you need. Having little ones, it was nice to have a big selection of cartoons for them to watch during rest time. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Love that there is a bathroom downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs have their own also. Bob was great! You don’t get a better ocean view! We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach getaway

My family and I had a great vacation here. The location is perfect. Step out the back door and your on the beach. When your done relaxing on the beach it’s a quick drive to many other local activities. We’ve been vacationing in the area every year, for the past few years and this was one of the best. The house was immaculate and even better than the pictures we saw on VRBO. Bob was a great host. He went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable stay, suggesting places to visit and things to do, and even checked in during our drive to the beach house to make sure everything was ok.

Perfect Beach Front location

This is the perfect beach location! It’s so convenient with little kids to be able to run back up to the house to grab something you forgot or make lunch and it’s easy to carry everything down to the beach! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The owner is very nice and helpful! The only critique I have is that it would have been nice to have a handheld shower head with a little more pressure for washing my long thick hair but that’s definitely not a deal breaker and we hope to be back again and again with our family!!
