Just over the bridge from the stadium and downtown Cleveland, this restored bungalow is in the heart of Historic Tremont-a tree lined town full of culture, food, and trails-so adorable the classic movie "Christmas Story" was filmed here.

This is a large, updated space in the same building as a small trendy art store. Centrally located in Historic Tremont to bike path, park and restaurants.

Close to Metro, UH & Cle Clinic-15 min from airport

Plenty of free street parking, and on a quite street nestled in between the two main restaurant strips.

Tremont is well known for the trendy restaurants, bike path along the waterway, art festivals, and shops. Just minutes from Downtown, Ohio City, the Airport, hospitals and stadiums. Great place, Great Location you can't beat.
