Charming house Mystic. Very walkable to local attractions. The house was very clean and updated. The property is private with mature trees. Plenty of room for family to spread out. The stairs leading to second floor are steep so kept my daughter on first floor sleeper sofa in media room.

Excellent house, great location

This house has plenty of space, additional bonus room, nice yard, friendly neighbors. Quick walk to downtown area yet set back far enough to be relaxing and quiet. Easy drive to aquarium, sea port museum and the Dino park! Very clean, fully stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Easy check in and great communication with host. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again.

Comfortable updated house

Very clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and are available to address any issues that may come up. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful & Pristine!

The host was very responsive & communicative. He even was flexible enough to change out dates when asked! The house was really beautiful & exactly as described. Everything was super clean & we really enjoyed our time there! Being within walking distance of downtown was such a treat!!

Amazing!

By far one of the best properties i hsve ever stayed at. Spacious and excellent well maintained. The kitchen was large,clean,bright and incredibly stocked. There were high end appliances. Town and most attractions were very close amd with in walking distance.

Fantastic stay

This was our second year staying at one of PMI's properties. We has a wonderful stay in 6 Elm place, their adjacent property last year. Our stay at 8 Elm Place was excellent! The house is beautifully renovated and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is full stocked. We had some nice family move nights snuggled up in the cozy TV room. We will definitely be back!

Great, quiet spot

I like my privacy and this place is perfect. It’s only me so I didn’t even use the second floor. Great for the cleaning people lol very clean and well put together. You can tell it’s more like a business because the extra mile and stock it like a luxury hotel. Stayed here three times already for work. I am planning another stay already in May.
