This was a great stay for us as we waited for permanent housing in the area. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals, making coffee, etc. the location is very nice on a quaint quiet street and we felt very safe the whole time. I loved reading and drinking coffee on the front porch swing and back yard. You can quickly get to I25 (2 mins) downtown Colorado Springs (5 mins), Old Colorado City (7 mins) and Manitou Springs (10 mins), and Fort Carson (14 mins) so this property is perfect for someone wanting to be in a prime location for sight seeing and learning the area. The property was pet friendly and close to Bear Creek dog park (8 minute drive), with sidewalks throughout the neighborhood and a fully fenced in yard. Russell was a great host and communicated effectively. He even helped us alter the dates when our military orders changed and helped us get some of our money refunded even though we were past the cancellation date. That is what I appreciated the most - a host who cared for us and understood that life happens. Thank you for a great stay! We will highly recommend to friends and family who may visit the area!
