House with four bedrooms on the Emerald Coast

Ty Marzotine can accommodate up to 8 people in four bedrooms located upstairs, all equipped with storage. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with a double bed (140x190) have access to a shared terrace furnished with comfortable seating, offering a glimpse of the sea; the terrace faces east and is perfect for morning coffee or a shaded afternoon nap. A third bedroom, ideal for children, offers a bunk bed (2x90x200) and has toys.The last bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200). These four bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and a shower. Two separate toilets are available: one on the ground floor, and one upstairs.

The house sits on a fully enclosed, landscaped lot of 450 square meters and features a large, south-west-facing terrace of over 40 square meters that serves as a natural extension of the home. It is furnished with outdoor seating, a dining table, and an adjustable umbrella, as well as an outdoor hot-water shower for when you return from the beach. A barbecue, children’s toys, and a shed for storing your bicycles round out the outdoor amenities. A large driveway easily accommodates two vehicles and trailers.

Excellent séjour à Ty Marzotine Cancale

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison très bien équipée et aménagée. Vivant dedans dehors au rythme du temps breton. Très bien située pour ceux qui désirent faire de la voile a Port Mer.
