Our condo is perfectly situated on the 23rd floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. We also manage the 3br and 4br units next door should you need more space.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, tiled kitchen kick plate wet bar with beverage cooler, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including upgraded granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds for sleeping up to 8.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Fantastic condo. This is our second year to stay here. We LOVE it. When we arrived, we ran into the cleaning lady leaving. She did an excellent job. I have never stayed at a condo that was cleaned so thoroughly. There was not even one grain of sand in the floor. I can not recommend this condo enough. The owner/management is exceptional in making sure the condo is equipped with everything that you need during your stay. Fantastic vacation!!!

Beautiful but DIRTY

This condo is beautiful- the decor and location are perfect. However upon arrival we were quickly regretful of our decision to rent this as the bath tubs & showers were covered in mold. The table was covered in crumbs and something sticky. Couches covered in crumbs. Bedding in master was so worn that it almost had holes in it. Aside from that, a loud hammering sound came from the master bath that kept us up all night. I called to complain to property manager who swiftly sent cleaners to come back. They worked on the mold for a long time and it did improve however still unacceptable. Could not bathe 3 year old in tub due to mold floating in water. If you are looking to spend upwards up $3,500 for a nice summer vacation, look elsewhere. I have stayed at many other condos in orange beach that were top notch in cleanliness. Oh also, to make up for the inconvenience the property manager did kindly offer me $100. To me, that is almost comical for how much we spent and the unacceptable state it was given to us in. This is my first bad review I’ve ever left someone because I generally am pretty tolerant of small issues but this was over the top.

The location and grounds were wonderful.The biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Within 5 minutes of arriving, feet were black. Clearly the floor had not been cleaned (and there was no mop to do it ourselves) and dusting was superficial. For a $500 cleaning fee, I expected better.

The Condo is great. Great views to see the dolphins and sharks!! The 4 full bathrooms are definitely a plus. The slide, lazy river, and pools were a big hit with the kids. The grill area has numerous grills with a nice area to hangout and cook at instead of eating out every night. Ice maker in the room was great as well. However, the cleanliness of the condo was not good upon our arrival.

Property was nice/clean. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area is very crowded/busy. White sand beaches nice. Dont go out to eat unless you absolutely are willing to wait 2 hours or get there by 4:30. Better to just do carry out.

Orange Beach condo

The condo was beautiful! We were surprised at the decor for a rental. It was magazine pretty and so inviting. We were a little worried about it being on 23rd floor but the elevator was fast and the view was gorgeous. The water was calm and clear so we were able to see the fish, dolphins and rays from our balcony! Would stay here again, for sure!
