It’s a great property in a great location. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. This was our second stay and we will be back. Very private and seating down by the river, if you just want to chill and listen to nature.
Even before arriving, the communications from the host were very quick and responsive. The property was exactly as depicted in the posted pictures, and accurate in the description. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. The experience of checking in was effortless. I would highly recommend both this host, and the property for a great location, and carefree experience. It made our stay in Kentucky memorable!
Location was perfect for our Bourbon Trail trip. We went from Bardstown to Lawrenceburg to Lexington to Frankfort to Shelbyville and Clearmont. The house was great, we always ended the day with a drink down by the river. My only complaint was there needs to be lamps in the bedrooms....overhead was too bright!! Overall, we would definitely stay there again
The house was decorated really cool and matched being near all the bourbon distilleries. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was clean and organized. Appreciated the special touches and helpful notes left throughout the house.
This house was quite large and had an abundance of parking. It was decorated very cute and loved the little notes and insider tips for the area. The bar is gorgeous! Both showers are the largest of any where I ever stayed. (Water pressure was a little low from what I’m used to). The oak barrel with the ingredients and drink recipes was a very nice touch. If we had more time to stay I would have accepted the offer for a in house tasting! We also did the Kentucky RiverTour (The Trace Tour). Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She did a fantastic job of telling some of Kentucky’s history that kept the entire audience entertained!
Excellent Location, Excellent Communication, Excellent decor, Everything about this place was Excellent. Thank you so much for hosting us, we had a great time.

Thank you for staying with us! We hope you had a great visit to Frankfort!
Great place to stay. They had everything we needed for a nice get away. Traffic on the road in front was a little noisy at times but everything else was great.
