The property has 4 comfortable bedrooms and two shower rooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs with shower room and toilet, (160 and 2 of 90cm), and two bedrooms near the living room with 160cm beds and 1 shower room ensuring optimal rest for everyone. The house is equipped with electric radiators and an air conditioner in some bedrooms to ensure your comfort.



The fully equipped American kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts. It includes all the necessary equipment: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, and much more. A living room with a fireplace will allow you to spend warm moments together.



Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 8x4 metres, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. The fenced garden features garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. An outdoor parking area for 3 vehicles is also available.



The house has Wi-Fi, an iron, and is suitable for groups of young people. Note that animals are not allowed, and smoking inside is prohibited.
