The 6 apartments have been created over the years; each apartment has been lovingly, individually and comfortably furnished to the last detail, all in a rustic style with terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings, antique furniture and paintings by local artists. On the hill, the main house with a large apartment and 2 outbuildings with various smaller apartments.
Three donkeys, chickens, rabbits, a cat and dog underline the idyllic atmosphere of this estate. For children there is plenty of play opportunities at home: swing, slide, seesaw, sandpit, ping pong and a giant trampoline. The large garden is beautifully decorated and a unique atmosphere. On the spacious grounds there are many opportunities to stay and at a good glass of wine, the sunsets and the beautiful view can enjoy.
The apartment Romeo is according to bio-architectural standards with natural materials and with great attention to detail, prepared. The wooden beams, the terracotta floor and the antique furniture contribute to reach maximum equal ease. The living room has a beautiful light-filled plateau on which the double bed is.

About a curved staircase leads to the lower level. Here there is a comfortable sofa bed, the bathroom and the kitchen. In the kitchen is an original kitchen, which is equipped with a 2-burner stove and a fridge. When closed it will disappear in a furniture.
A fireplace provides in colder seasons for comfort and well-being.

The exit leads to a covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can eat outside and enjoy the view of the countryside. The apartment has underfloor heating for colder seasons, a CD player, a hair dryer and a safe for valuables. A solar system provides hot water.
