Located in the small Dalmatian village Makar, not far from Makarska, you will find this charming traditional stone house Ivo and Bepo.
On the ground floor, there is a big living room that includes a kitchen and dining area, and you will also find a bathroom on this floor. From this space you have access to a lovely furnished terrace with barbecue.
On the floor below, there is a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, whirlpool, and a bathroom. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea and islands.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room, bathroom and a toilet. The topmost floor offers another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a tub. With own separate entrance there is an extra house with another bedroom, bathroom and gym.
The fully air conditioned house has internet access, a washing machine with dryer and 3-4 parking spaces.
The idyllic property is located approximately 2 km away from the sea and 2,5 km from the pebble beach. If you are looking for a romantic and quiet place, far enough from urban life, this is perfect for you. Around the house there is a huge area for all kinds of different activities to enjoy during your holiday.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Das einzige was zu erwähnen ist, ist das die Anfahrt eine sehr steile Strasse hinaufführt die bei Regen sehr rutschig ist. Die Alternative Route ist nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet und auch sehr abenteuerlich. Beide Strassen sind aber befahrbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderbares Haus in ruhiger Lage

Villa Ivo i Bepo besteht eigentlich aus 2 Häusern, im einen gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und im Anbau noch ein Schlafzimmer und Fitness Raum. Perfekt für unsere Gruppe (7 Personen)! Im Haupthaus gibt es eine schöne Küche, allerdings haben wir fast nur die Küche im Aufenthaltsraum genutzt. Dieser ist im unteren Geschoß, etwas dunkel, dafür aber im Sommer schön kühl. Die Zimmer sind klein aber hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider defekt. Der Pool ist super, hier haben wir ganze Tage verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist am Hang, über eine ziemlich steile Straße zu erreichen. Man kann also Makarska zu Fuß erreichen, ist aber im Sommer bei der Hitze ziemlich anstrengend. Die Lage über dem Ort ist ruhiger, und deutlich kühler als im Ort. Der Besitzer war mehrfach da um zu schauen, ob alles in Ordnung ist... super nett, hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN, ist aber etwas langsam. Parkplatz ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, können wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen!
