Isolated in the forest, only 5 minutes from the city centre and the lake (all shops) and 15 minutes from the ocean, this house blends perfectly with nature.

This 110 m² house welcomes you with softness and light thanks to its south, south-east exposure with 3 pretty bedrooms including a duplex master suite and two bedrooms on the ground floor separated by a separate toilet and a bathroom with double sinks and bathtub.
There is also an outdoor shower with hot water for beach returns.
