Large family friendly beach home, private pool and golf cart
Sleeps 12. Large open kitchen/living/dining space, with front balcony. All rooms freshly painted with new furnishings in many rooms. Master bath on 1st floor completely renovated. Large1st floor, MB -opens to large rear deck overlooking private pool, with charcoal grill, and fenced yard. Laundry and 4 bedrooms on 2nd fl. Two with ensuite baths! Private parking for 4-5 cars, Cabana area under house available in season only. Bed linens only included with rental. Highchair, pack N play, and booster seat, crock pot, griddle, dual coffee maker, and many kitchen amenities available. Golf cart rental can be dropped off and picked up from house. 10 minute walk or 3 minute cart ride to Beach Access. Beach access is at end of street with parking for carts and cars, with many access/parking places within blocks on beachfront. Note: Security cameras located in front entrance and overlooking pool/yard.

Please make sure cabana and outdoor pool furniture are cleaned up.

Why they chose this property
While it’s nice to have the beach at h at the end of our street, we love to retreat to our home where it’s much quieter and calmer!
