Authentic Norman house in Caen stones dating from the eighteenth century, Located near Bayeux (10 min), Arromanches, the landing beaches and Caen (20 min by motorway), this renovated old farmhouse is located in a quiet town.

Booking conditions:
This accommodation can be booked all year round for a minimum of 2 nights/3 days from mid-October (after school holidays) until 31 May. During the summer season, between 1 June and October, the minimum rental period is 5 nights/6 days.

Outside:
You will have a large garden and its south-facing orchard ideal for enjoying sunny days as well as a courtyard of about 900 m2 fully enclosed allowing the parking of vehicles out of sight in complete safety. Ideal for motorcycles or vintage vehicles or simply to let your children have fun without risk.

In order to make the most of the outdoors, two spaces are available, one to the north/east for breakfast in the sun and the other to the south on the courtyard side. Each area is equipped with umbrellas, tables and armchairs.

The accommodation has a private, above-ground unheated swimming pool of 2 m x 4 m x 1.20 m. Its use remains the responsibility of the parents. The ladder is removable for child safety and is available upon request.
