After six years at Baluchon Portais (Gîte in Port-en-Bessin), we are delighted to welcome you to a new gîte, La villa des Cotis, in Normandy, in the heart of the landing beaches and its magnificent landscapes, for a stay relaxation and culture.
Ideally located, thirty minutes from Caen and ten minutes from Bayeux, you will be charmed by our beautiful Bessin region.

The fishing port of Port-En-Bessin, located just two kilometers from the villa, is lively all year round. You will be able to find all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay (Shops – Restaurants – Delicatessen stores – Souvenirs, etc.). Walks on the cliffs, on the quay and on the sand at low tide will allow you to take a deep breath of sea air. You will also be won over by the cultural and sporting activities offered by this small fishing village; Visit to the fish auction (fish sale) and shipyards, fishing at sea or on foot, hiking trails, golf, paragliding and much more...

To relax, you will stay in a quiet, comfortable family villa with a garden with private heated swimming pool (April 8, 2023 / October 15) The villa has a garage and a living area consisting of a ground floor. ground and one floor.
On the ground floor you will find:
--A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob with built-in hood, wine cellar, microwave and all small SMEG appliances for a pleasant stay). To facilitate your cooking sessions, a house stock will be at your disposal (Oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, etc.).
--A dining room,
--A living room equipped with armchairs, a spacious sofa, a flat screen TV (TNT and Netflix) and a desk with computer (IMac),
--A master bedroom including a dressing room and a bathroom,
--A lavatory,
Upstairs :
--Two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
For more comfort you will benefit from a wifi connection and home automation allowing you to control some of the Villa's equipment.

Household linen options (beds made on your arrival - towels and pool linen) €15 Per person, not included in the stay price. To be paid on arrival.

We also provide some consumables (toilet paper,
Coffee, tea, soap, paper towel, sugar, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar...) to help you out on your arrival.
It is then up to you to complete it according to your needs during the stay. You have a grocer and a mini market a few meters from the villa.

We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to provide you with all the right addresses.
