(No air conditioning here, but room not exposed to the sun so quite cool, even in summer!) Independent toilets complete the space of this first level. First floor: - The first bedroom offers a queen size bed (160cm), a closet, a flat screen and access to a balcony with a nice view of the pool and the hills. - The second bedroom, this time, has two separate and stretchable beds. It also has a closet. - Finally a bathroom with toilet comes to perfect this first floor. AFFAIRS On the shopping side, you will find your local shops, market places and large areas : - In the village of La Roquette-sur-siagne 7 minutes by car- Pegomas side 8 minutes drive- Cannes-La-Bocca side 9 minutes by car And to do tourism you can: - Join Cannes, its festival palace, glaciers and sandy beaches in less than 20 minutes.- Visit Grasse perfumeries and make some shopping on the ball game square in the old town in less than 20 minutes.- Learn the hinterland by going to the villages of Biot or Valbonne (20 to 30 minutes) and lose yourself in their mazes of alleyways, order a crêpe grand marnier at the creperie of the old village of Biot or make a cultural parenthesis by going to admire glass blowers at the glass factory.
