An equipped kitchen as well as two double bedrooms and two shower rooms await you. MAIN OUTCOMES - Crossing apartment, renovated in 2024. - Seafront and panoramic views of the islands of Lérins. - Secure residence with guard. - Beaches within walking distance. - Reversible air conditioning in each room. - Wifi 7 very high speed optical fiber included. - Private parking space open behind the building. Note: the rails on the train are very close to the building, noise when passing the trains is inevitable despite the double glazing.
