As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a large living room bathing in natural light. This space opens onto a terrace with breathtaking sea views.



The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining area with a table for six guests.



The open kitchen, fully equipped (except microwave), will allow you to prepare your meals without losing sight of the sea.



On the night side, the apartment consists of:



- A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a closet/dressing and a wall TV, opening onto the kitchen



- A smaller second bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds



- A modern shower room with toilet

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.

From Cannes station: about 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot.

The apartment is ideally located to enjoy the surrounding activities:



- Public and private beaches: at the foot of the apartment for public beaches, 5 minutes walk to the private beaches of Palm Beach, to enjoy the fine sand and crystal clear waters



- Port Pierre Canto: 5 minutes walk, for a walk in the middle of the yachts



- Palm Beach: 5-10 minutes' walk away, an iconic place in Cannes with its nautical club and seafront restaurants



- La Croisette: 2 minutes by car, about 10 minutes walk along this mythical avenue lined with palaces and luxury shops



- Le Suquet: 15 minutes by car, to discover the historical district and its picturesque streets



- Forville market: 15 minutes by car, a must to taste local products and Provencal specialities



- Les Îles de Lérins: 10 minutes by car to the pier, then a few minutes by boat for a total change of scenery

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
