This space opens onto a terrace with breathtaking sea views. The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining area with a table for six guests. The open kitchen, fully equipped (except microwave), will allow you to prepare your meals without losing sight of the sea. On the night side, the apartment consists of: - A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a closet/dressing and a wall TV, opening onto the kitchen - A smaller second bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds - A modern shower room with toilet ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.From Cannes station: about 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot.
