McBeech East (Formerly Sunrise Cruise) is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath duplex. Conveniently located close to 2 of the area's finest golf courses. The first floor of this home features the Gulf-side living room and dining room along with the kitchen and laundry room. The first floor also features a Gulf-side covered deck and a bedroom with a t.v. and a full private bath. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the living area. The ground level offers covered parking and a pool.

Great 5 bedroom 4.5 bath Gulf front unit with a semi-private pool will accommodate up to 12 people

WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

As expected and described!

We had a great time. House was clean and had lots of amenities available. Lots of room for the 3 families that stayed there.
