- Studio très lumineux, très calme, de style artiste parisien, donnant sur cour intérieure classée.
° " Le 23 est un immeuble classé datant de la Restauration. Ses corniches saillantes séparent les étages carrés des combles aux lucarnes en bois. c'est là que vivait Laurent Jan, secrétaire de Balzac qu'on retrouve dans un des personnages récurrent de la " Comédie Humaine " ; - " Il y eut dans cette demeure de mémorables soirées ! ( écrivait Balzac ).
- Le peintre T. GERICAUT " le radeau de la méduse ". (1824) y avait ses ateliers. Le porche s'ouvre sur une grande cour et un jardin protégé où l'on trouve l'atelier de l'artiste Géricault qui habitait un peu plus haut, dans la même rue.
- Le compositeur J. OFFENBACH y vécu (1880).
- Profitez d'un coucher de soleil sur les toits de Paris depuis le 5e étages (avec ascenseur jusqu'au 4 -ème) en toute tranquillité.
