This beautifully updated ground-floor condo in Jade Beach C is within walking distance of the beach and the wonderful amenities of the Las Palmas Community. The unit is close to the community pools, but not directly facing it, so you have minimal foot traffic and peaceful privacy while enjoying your vacation. The complex offers shared pools, a pool rancho, and complimentary laundry facilities.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Jade Beach C is just a 2-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

The area is very walkable but gas golf carts or car rentals are also options for transportation during your stay. There is free parking in the complex. We can connect you with local taxi drivers.
