In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the sea (sandy beach). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, a covered outdoor seating area with table and chairs and a private parking space.
Formia (in ancient times Formiae) is an Italian port and seaside resort with a mild climate all year round. Hiking in the nearby hills is also an experience. The thermal wind is ideal for surfing, kitesurfing, sailing. The city is in the province of Latina region of Lazio with 40,000 inhabitants. It is located 110 km south of Rome, 90 km before Naples.
For daily shopping, shops are 5 minutes away on foot. In 5 minutes by car you can reach a shopping center with over 30 shops. The center of Formia with port and train station connections to Roma Napoli can also be visited by local bus (stop 4 minutes from the house) every Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm. 00 the big weekly market takes place. C'est une très belle région, jolie dépaysement. L'appartement est simple, pratique et fonctionnel. La litterie , les oreillers confortable ( nous avons bien dormi pendant les 10 jours)Nous avons tous le temps manger dehors, la terrasse est abrité ( soleil). Les propriétaires sont simples, gentil. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit pour l'appartement il n'y a pas de souci.ils sont à l'écoute et de bon conseil. La plage est à peine à 400 m à pied. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec 2 enfants de 17 et 20 qui étaient très contents. l'Italie est un beau pays.

La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario , con parcheggio auto interno molto comodo , posizione ottima per la vicinanza al mare , ottimale per una vacanza di relax , le serate pochi intrattenimenti serali e necessità di spostamenti in macchina verso Gaeta
