We had a wonderful stay with family, friends, and two dogs! The customer service was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was clean, spacious. The backyard was perfect for the dogs. I wish additional parking was available. Since the home accommodates up to nine guests, having space for more vehicles would have been great. Maybe in the future add a driveway on the opposite side of property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations, excellent customer service and great location.

We had a few problems in the week we were at the property- plumbing issue and problem with the dryer but response was always quick and both were repaired the day they were reported. Neighborhood is great. We did not have a car and were able to walk to Disney or convention center in about 25 minutes
