Had a great stay at their cabin. This is the second time we have stayed there. It is nice and cozy. Love the hot tub setup being on the main floor. The balconies are wonderful and nice. Only had 2 issues and that was trying to get into the theater room, the batteries had died on the keypad and the internet went down the last day for a short time. Both issues were resolved very quickly by Cynthia. She answered both times in a timely manner. We really appreciated her help with everything. We would definitely stay there again!

The cabin was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of room in the bedrooms. The playroom in the basement was especially nice with kids. The location was great....not too far from everything. I found it to be as advertised. We had a great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and the place was spectacular! Far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains but still close enough to all the fun and excitement of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg! The cabin was beautiful, the game room was awesome and the property grounds were very well maintained! The host was super communicative any time we had questions or needed anything. Bonus was that we were traveling with our 1 year old grandson and forgot his toddler silverware, but they had all that already in stock...plus a high chair and pack and play that we disnt have room to bring along with us!The roads to the cabin werent to bad either, I hate driving up thr narrow windy roads of the mountains but this didnt bother me one bit! Would definitely book again!

House was so nice! Pet friendly was a big plus for us as we brought our two dogs. The theater was also great but we did not realize its not attached to the house. The giant tv downstairs was a great option as well. There were plenty of dishes and basic ingredients, a new set of pots and pans might not be a bad investment in the near future. The drive up the mountain was an adventure but the view was amazing! House is also super convenient and 15-20 minutes from so many different options of things to do.
