This unique accommodation is 200m from the beaches and the port, the shops are at the bottom of the residence (mini-markets, tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, butcher, bakery, clothes, souvenirs). Sea view.
The apartment is located in the Môle district on the 4th and last floor with its two terraces which allow you to have a panoramic view of Cap d'Agde, Sète, Mont Saint Loup, the naturist camp and the Ile aux loisirs.
The residence is secure. There is no lift.
