HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the heart of Palm Beach.
The entrance opens onto a living room with dining area, sofa bed (140x190 cm), TV connected, and direct access to the terrace. This one, facing west, offers an outdoor dining area.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, has a glass roof that overlooks the living room as well as a window door overlooking the terrace.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.
A shower room and separate toilets complete the space.
The decoration is sober and chic, the spaces well arranged for everyday comfort.

From Nice airport: about 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot.
