Beautiful 4 Bedroom 4.5 bath home with decks galore and view of the bay. Deck access from every bedroom and the front deck with rocking chairs. Elevator to all floors.Not only are the bed linens included but the beds are all made up.shower towels are also included. Beach chairs umbrella, and beach cart included.
This home is Professionally cleaned after each use features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and indoor and outdoor seating for meals. The open main floor area with ice maker makes it a great place for entertaining. 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig. This beach house features 4 bedrooms and also a sleeper sofa. This home can sleep 11. Each bedroom has its own full bath and ceiling fans plus a half bath on the main floor. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Home also includes a full washer and dryer on second floor. Free wireless internet, Smart TVs in 3 bedrooms. Primary bedroom and main room have cable smart TVs. Integrated Sonos Stereo throughout house and on decks. Private drive way for up to 2 cars and plenty of free off street parking. Decks on every floor with view of bay. Private fenced yard. Barbeque Grill.
Perfect for boaters. This home is located steps from the public boat access. Circular couch with fire pit located on ground floor.
If you have a 4x4 vehicle, driving permits can be obtained from Brigantine.
Experience all that Brigantine has to offer: Boutiques, Restaurants, and Bars. Brigantine Museum and Marine Life Center. Ice Cream, Bakeries, Arcade, jet ski rentals, and Farmer’s Markets every Saturday just 2 blocks away. Of course, sunny days on the beach and in the water which is 3.5 blocks from the house.
Less than 5 minutes away is Atlantic City with its casinos, gourmet restaurants, pubs, eateries, comedy shows, live entertainment, nightlife, dancing, gambling, and Amusement Rides on the Steel Pier on the boardwalk. At Gardner’s Basin in Atlantic City, there is fishing and dolphin watching tours.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. We especially loved the Sonos sound system and the fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils, which made meals super easy. Everything was well thought out and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is beautifully kept, and wonderfully clean. It had everything we needed: beach chairs, cornhole, decks, plenty of seating and a large fully equip kitchen.The location is perfect. Highly recommended!

Philip was a great host. He was very prompt in communication. House was clean and modern. 2nd floor deck was wonderful to spend time on. House came with beach gear which was helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.

Relaxing beach vacation

We had another great week at the house. Very clean, great location and the decks are wonderful to sit out and enjoy the weather with family. House is perfect for big family. Great communication with owner Phillip. It was our second summer renting the house and we look forward to staying again next summer. The elevator was a bonus for unpacking. We highly recommend this property.

My family and friends loved staying in this beautiful house. Plenty of room for our family and friends. The bedrooms all had private bathrooms which was a plus! We loved spending time on the decks enjoying the view of the water. Plenty of new beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for your beach gear. We also loved the ice machine and extra drink fridge. We will definitely rent again next summer. The host was wonderful and great communication and fast to reply to anything we needed.

Great property for family and friends

House was well maintained, just like the pictures. We absolutely loved the decks... Great place to eat breakfast, drink coffee, read and socialize. It was probably a 10-15 minute walk to the beach access point. They had beach chairs and a beach caddy to help wheel all of your stuff! They also had Cornhole and a couple other yard games in the garage to play in the yard. Overall a comfortable, nice place to stay for a beach vacation!

Great beach house. Brand new and modern!

Kids had a blast. House is brand new. Everything is modern. A few blocks walk from the beach. Beach caddie provided made it easy to haul chairs, towels, boogie boards. TV's in every room so everyone was able to watch what they want on down time. Each bedroom has its own full modern bath so our large group of 12 had no issues getting ready to head out. Plenty of outside seating on all 3 levels with grill on gepind level. Had breakfast on main floor balcony every morning before we headed out. Communication from Philip was excellent from begining to end. Would definitley stay again when we return to Brigantine. Overall a great experience!
