Great unit. Clean and well decorated. Host was very accommodating as well. Just wish we had known that the elevator would be down for the week. Look forward to visiting again soon!

excellent location! quick walk to several restaurants and the beach. very walkable! if you are sensitive to smells the building does have a musty scent to it due to some water damage that is public knowledge. nothing too bad but something to keep in mind! the pool area is beautiful- i didn’t have enough time to enjoy the other amenities like the gym but they also looked nice! the host was very quick with their responses and everything reflected the listing to a T! really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, dinner, and nearby towns (Rosemary beach). The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family and the beach chairs set up at the beach daily were such a convenience! The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing Amenities

We had a great time staying here for our anniversary trip! We loved the pool & jacuzzi on the property as well as the beach set up chairs and rented bikes. Short walk to our favorite beach - we will be back!

Great location, clean unit

Having the bikes and beach chairs/umbrella was a great add to our stay. Great location. The unit was very clean and had everything you would want. Once the construction is completed in the resort, it will be a perfect place to stay. Loved the restaurant that is onsite.

Amazing stay

We had the best visit to our property at The Pointe! Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown! Pool at location was beautiful and the hot tub was awesome for the night. No complaints at all! We’ll be back!

Stayed here with my mom for a mother/daughter trip and we had a great time. The condo was very clean, it was a very quiet and relaxing area. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The beach chairs/umbrella were already set up every morning in the front of the beach and it was nice not carrying any of that stuff with us. Would definitely stay here again next time! Thank you.
