Fantastic property!

We did a stay for a couple months and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house has a perfect layout, is well stocked for a short or long stay and the property manager was incredible of any questions come up. The neighborhood is quiet and has great walking paths right out the door. We hope to go back one day.

The property was as described and more! Located in a fantastic, quiet neighborhood on a street ending in a cul-de-sac. The home was generously stocked with all the essentials for our six week stay. The backyard area was phenomenal with the pool, hot tub and cornhole providing hours of fun and relaxation. The outdoor heater allowed use of the exterior throughout the day including any chilly mornings or evenings. The interior of the property was clean and functional with a nice layout and comfortable furnishings. Dustin was an excellent host!

Great accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We were there for five weeks. The owner was very easy to get in touch with. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and bars close. Lots of walking trails within the neighborhood.

The property owner Dustin does a great job of communication. The house was very clean and as advertised. Very comfortable and complemented with a heated pool (most property owners in the area do not heat in the winter). Overall an excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property

Dustin was a great host. Just a couple very small issues and he was immediately on top of it. The location is wonderful and the pool and yard were great! I would highly recommend the home to any one for a long weekend or extended stay. Great for a couple or a family. Thanks again!

We stayed in this home 35 nights as one of us recovered from partial knee replacement surgery. The home worked so well. It is well-appointed, convenient, and very comfortable. The lovely backyard with a pool is a real plus. There is a beautifully landscaped concrete walking path throughout the neighborhoods. Since learning about this feature in certain parts of the metro area, we have prioritized homes in these neighborhoods. We already have a reservation to enjoy five weeks at this home, avoiding the Midwest's upcoming winter weather. The owner is very responsive. We are thankful for the opportunity to rent this home.

Long term rental

We rented Dustin’s property for several months while looking for a permanent home in Scottsdale. The owners are very responsive when communicating and super helpful. The property, home, and pool were clean, comfortable, and fully furnished. The amenities and location of the property were perfect for our family, and I believe anyone visiting Scottsdale.
